(1) Nine transport inspectors or employees who are qualified to inspect the classification of Nepali watercraft or boats to be registered in accordance with this regulation and other arrangements related thereto may be appointed.
(2) Until nine transport inspectors or employees are appointed in accordance with sub-rule (1), any international ship classification society (International Classification Society) in relation to any vessel or boats to be registered in accordance with these regulations The classification certificate provided will be recognized by the Government of Nepal.
